Our Process — What Happens Next
AIDBIPOC is following a structured, documented advocacy process for Chalice's case. Formal demand letters will be mailed Monday, April 20, 2026 via certified mail with return receipt to Irving PD, Dallas PD, and the FBI Dallas Field Office. Each agency has 10 business days to provide a substantive written response. If no response is received, AIDBIPOC will formally escalate to TCOLE and the DOJ Civil Rights Division — with the full petition signature record attached as evidence of public demand. Every name on this petition becomes part of that permanent public accountability record.
