The Irving, Dallas, and FBI packets were sent by Priority Mail with USPS Tracking. The Texas DPS Missing Persons Clearinghouse courtesy packet was sent by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

All four packets were delivered August 3, 2026, per USPS tracking. USPS acceptance and tracking records are retained by AIDBIPOC. The 10-business-day response period runs through Monday, August 17, 2026.
