Each agency has 10 business days to provide a substantive written response. If no response is received, AIDBIPOC will formally escalate to TCOLE and the DOJ Civil Rights Division — with the full petition signature record attached as evidence of public demand. Every name on this petition becomes part of that permanent public accountability record.
