Mailing update — July 31, 2026: All three formal demand letters were mailed to Irving PD, Dallas PD, and the FBI Dallas Field Office via Priority Mail with USPS Tracking. A courtesy packet was also mailed to the Texas DPS Missing Persons Clearinghouse via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. All four packets were delivered August 3, 2026, per USPS tracking. USPS acceptance and tracking records are retained by AIDBIPOC. The 10-business-day response period runs through Monday, August 17, 2026.
