This package provides the consolidated factual and evidentiary record underlying AIDBIPOC's formal demand letters to the Irving Police Department, the Dallas Police Department, and the FBI Dallas Field Office. It is submitted as Exhibit 4 to each of the three packets and is identical in content across all three.

The evidentiary elements referenced in AIDBIPOC's demand letters fall into the following categories. Each category is summarized below for ease of reference by reviewing agencies.
Airbnb hallway surveillance footage from the Luxia Midtown Park Airbnb complex at 8107 Manderville Lane, Apt. 1519, Dallas, Texas, for the night of February 2–3, 2024. Footage at 3:58 AM on February 3, 2024 confirms Chalice was inside the complex and directly contradicts the initial account of Salahssie Donatto.
Mobile carrier records for Chalice's phone reflecting: (i) final GPS ping at 4:36 AM on February 3, 2024 at Walnut Hill Lane & N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX; (ii) intentional tampering inconsistent with battery drain, user disablement, or routine device failure.
Statements from multiple eyewitnesses present at the Embassy Suites gathering of February 2, 2024 reporting that Chalice appeared heavily intoxicated and was physically assisted into a vehicle when departing.
Screenshots and archival documentation of escort advertisements bearing Chalice's likeness on known trafficking-associated platforms, dated before and after her disappearance. Associated phone numbers traced to an individual in Roswell, Georgia — establishing cross-state network indicators.
Documented persons of interest include: Salahssie Donatto ("Big S"), last known person reported to be with Chalice prior to her disappearance; Carrington Ray ("CJ"), referenced in the Irving PD demand letter; and Deyon Mason Williams, father of Chalice's four children, whose conduct following the disappearance is referenced in the Irving PD letter. AIDBIPOC's demands include formal re-questioning of these individuals under oath where not already completed.
